What is the best vitamin for a woman to take?

I am a 30 year old woman on a diet and I was wondering the best vitamin for a woman my age to take. I just want a one a day vitamin preferably and not a whole bunch of bottles to have to carry around with me. I also cannot take the vitamins for the increased energy due to sleep problems. I cant have anything with caffine.

By the best vitamins I imagine you mean organic natural vitamins and not the synthetic stuff. Organic are gentle on the stomach and have a higher absolution rate. I would go with Nutrilite. They have organic farms in Washington State and California and were the first supplement company. Go to http://Arcameda.com and click on vitamins then Women’s Health.

For a woman above 30, don’t settle for one multivitamin. If you don’t want to carry around a bunch of vitamins, get the Simply Nutrilite Women’s Supplement Pack. The vitamins are pre-packaged in little sets of three so when you leave home, you just grab a pack. The pack contains a calcium, omega 3s, and a daily multi.

The best is Liquid Plus. It has Multi vitamins, multi minerals, trace minerals, amino acids and enzymes.
You would be surprised at all the problems that people have because of mineral deficiencies. And certain vitamins and minerals can not be absorbed as completely with out the others. For ex. to absorb magnesium the body needs calcium but to absorb the calcium the body need vitamin D.
(By the way if you are suffering from insomnia that may be because you are deficient in calcium or magnesium or both)

So this Liquid Plus is a great daily supplement that gives you everything with out having to take multiple pills. Plus with it being a liquid it will absorb in your body faster.

You can get it at http://www.thenaturalyou.net

i think safest bet will be to ask your doctor. but generally most of them recommend something with iron and b-complex and omega
there are alot out there but your doctor or pharmacist will be able to recommend something suited for you. i am 24, underweight (but healthy) and slightly anemic
