   I actually watched some television today, and caught the last half of your show about the 7 steps for 7 weeks and found it very educational. I took notes.

    This video contradicts his own website where he listed Vitamin D for ages 0-50, 5 mcg or 200 international units is adequate. In this video he’s recommending to have at least 1000 IU – 1200 IU. So confusing!

    Dr’s can prescribe medication that may help in reducing the amount of seizures she has….not a cure…but is supposed to help reduce how often they occur

    if youre looking …
    if youre looking for a good multi-vitamin , i go to gnc. they have mega mens and mega wowens vitamins. ive noticed a big difference between taking them and not taking them, so i know they work. gnc is a good source as long as you stick to the basic vitamins. they also sell the hokie stuff, but i would research those before taking any. boston medical journal is a good source. hope this helps.

    im 13 years old and my bus driver has been talking to me about how his wife allways gets seizers shes been tested lot by doctors but nothing came up before she get the seizers he eyes turn glassy then she falls unconcious for a few seconds do you have any way that might stop her seizers were afraid she might get brain damaged since she is always keeps haveing seizures
