How do you certify a healthcare web application software?
Hi there,
I am just curious on the exact procedure to officially certify a web application software that will be used by clinical doctors and staff members.
From what I know preliminarily, it needs to go through the HIPAA certification. Is that correct?

How is Obama’s healthcare plan going to socialize medicine?
He’s not going to shut down any current healthcare corporations, he’s not mandating that you have to have insurance, he’s saying health care should be affordable and that no one should be denided coverage. If anything his plan is going to provide more competition and make the industry step up its game
Brooke, you seem to be missing the detail that people will still be paying to be insured, they will be paying the government program instead. You pay for Medicare and Medicad. Should those be cut too?
He’s not. In fact his plan doesn’t go far enough. Like Bill Clinton’s plan, like Hillary Clinton’s plan, and like GHW Bush’s plan, Obama’s plan is a huge compromise that ends up strengthening the grip of the big health insurance companies and enriching them with govt. funds.
Republicans like to use the word ’socialism’ for anything they don’t like. This is HARDLY socialism. Actually real ’socialized medicine’ like they have in the UK might work better. But what most Americans want is a ‘Canadian style’ single payer plan, which also is not socialized medicine.
What negative effects does universal healthcare have on the economy?

Ruin the economy?
The government is going to waste money anyway. Why not "waste" it on a health care plan that is more cost effective and covers more people.

How can citizens be denied healthcare and education in a supposedly free country?
Many of the working poor don’t qualify for Medicaid, Pell Grants, or student loans, yet can’t afford private insurance or tuition. They are effectively denied healthcare and education. This is a crime against humanity. The UN should invade the US and impose democracy on this one-party aristocracy masquerading as a two-party republic.
It’s a little early to be eating that many mushrooms. The UN can’t invade the USA because they are already here and we as citizens have more guns than they do.
